1. What is the minimum stay at Villa Caratti?
The minimum stay is 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday.
2. How many people can Villa Caratti accommodate?
The villa can accommodate up to 16 people.
Prices and Seasons
3. What is the cost of a stay in the low season?
The cost in the low season (April, May, September, October) is €25,000 per week.
4. What is the cost of a stay in the high season?
The cost in the high season (June, July, August) is €30,000 per week.
Services
5. What services are included in the stay?
We offer daily cleaning and household linen service.
6. What services are available upon request?
Upon request and subject to availability, we can provide a private chef, a massage service, and heating for the indoor pool.
Bookings
7. Can I rent only one room of the villa?
No, it is not possible to rent just one room. The villa is rented as a whole.
8. Is it possible to organize a wedding?
During your stay, you can organize a small reception (Max 30 people), upon request and at an additional cost. In any case, every event must be evaluated and pre-approved by the villa owner.
